WILMINGTON Del. — July 9, 2025 — The Frederick Douglass Freedom Alliance has named Donyale M. London Hall, a U.S. Air Force veteran and CEO of Minority Contractors & Associates, as its Delaware Ambassador to lead initiatives in business and civic engagement. With 24 years of expertise in executive management and small business development, Hall empowers entrepreneurs through mentorship and education.

Holding an MBA from Wilmington University, Hall will provide strategic guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs, equipping them with tools to build sustainable, community-focused businesses. Her advocacy in public policy will promote economic empowerment and opportunity, while her leadership will support FDFA’s mission to foster fiscal responsibility and American self-reliance.

Hall’s military service informs her disciplined leadership, while her civic involvement reflects a deep commitment to fostering opportunity. Through Minority Contractors & Associates, she will continue championing minority-owned businesses to thrive in competitive markets.
