We are deeply saddened by the tragic murder of Charlie James Kirk. He was a cherished member of our community, a devoted friend and a brother in faith. We extend our deepest condolences to his beloved wife, Erika, their two children and his entire family during this time of immense grief.
Charlie was an extraordinary leader, challenging rigid mindsets and inspiring others to seek truth with courage and curiosity. His authentic engagement ignited a spark in young people, building a generation rooted in faith and freedom. His moral clarity stood in opposition to the forces seeking to undermine common sense Biblical principles. His genuine ability to connect broke down barriers and built bridges of understanding, leaving America better because of his courage.
As we mourn this profound loss, we also celebrate his life and legacy. The Frederick Douglass Freedom Alliance remains steadfast in honoring his vision by continuing to champion liberty, truth and community. We will continue to keep Charlie’s entire family, his friends and supporters in our prayers, surrounding them with love during this time of sorrow.
